What kind of screenings are offered?
RegenMD is currently offering food sensitivity screening for 221 different foods, spices and herbs. We also offer a unique test screening you for a number of cancers and active diseases. The screenings are offered to anyone, and are not limited to existing patients of RegenMD.
Active Disease and Cancer Screening
Being able to analyze your DNA and acute phase proteins, testing can determine the likelihood of a cancer occurrence in your lifetime as well as the presence of certain autoimmune diseases. This is a proactive approach to your health and wellbeing, especially if a disease or malignancy can be detected in the early stages of development.

Foods and Herbs IgG Testing
RegenMD is the only medical clinic in the interior that offers Food Sensitivity Antibody (FSA) testing. This is a new panel of private blood tests that just became available in Canada in 2025. It tests for antibodies against 221 foods, spices and herbs. A higher than normal level of the specific antibody indicates chronic inflammation that raises the cortisol levels as well as fasting insulin levels. This may lead to weight gain, inability to lose weight, chronic fatigue and various bowel and gut issues (IBS, SIBO, yeast overgrowth, bacterial overgrowth, etc).
How does it work?
First, you purchase the screening and you will be contacted to book an appointment to talk to our physician. Appointments must be in-person and are limited to specific days of the month.
Samples are collected and sent to a world class lab for evaluation. We then will supply a personalized, comprehensive report on your health, as well as an extended in-person or virtual appointment with our physician to review your results, answer your questions, and ensure you are equipped with next steps on your health journey.
