With Concierge Medicine at RegenMD, we give you extensive access to your personal physician, with round the clock care, extended appointment times, and faster physician access. The service is subscription based and delivers unparalleled health care through telehealth, virtual and in-person appointments, on-demand prescriptions and travel medicine planning.Â

Imagine calling your physician and being attended to within 48 hours. Or it's Saturday and your little one has spiked a temperature. All you need to do is text your physician with your questions and concerns and have them dealt with in a fast and efficient manner.

We know time is of the essence when it comes to your health so not only do we offer fast response times, we offer unrushed appointments with your doctor so you can feel comfortable and confident that all your concerns have been addressed.Â
Full service, fewer patients
RegenMD's Concierge Medical is open to select number of patients, ensuring that you're at the top of the list when you need your physician the most. Our team helps ensure your referrals, forms and other needs are looked after in a timely manner. Each of our patients know that their health and well-being is at the top of our priority list.Â

To begin, our physician will only be taking on 50 patients, and may extend that to 100 patients later on. Compare that to the Canadian average of 1500 patients per family physician and rest assured that your access to, and quality of care, will improve.Â
Electronic Medical Records
RegenMD believes knowledge is power and also value's our patients' privacy. That is why we use the best in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, to ensure the best management of patient charts, prescriptions, consults, referrals and more. The security of telemedicine and physician-texting through this system is second to none.Â

Better yet, as an ongoing Concierge Medical patient at RegenMD, you will have full access to your records during your time as a patient, including access to your physician's notes.Â
How does it work with MSP?
Your Concierge Medical plan fee covers your access to RegenMD's physician, which integrates with the MSP system outside of your family practice appointments. Costs for bloodwork, specialist referrals, diagnostics, etc. will be billed to MSP so you can rest easy knowing there are no additional costs.Â
